  • What does registration include?
    The Full Convention Package gives you access to all Speaker Meetings, Marathon Meetings, Special Events and Entertainment, as well as the Saturday Lunch and Saturday Night Banquet dinner. The Full Weekend Package gives you access to all Speaker Meetings, Marathon Meetings, Special Events and Entertainment. Day Registrations and separate Saturday Lunch and Saturday Banquet tickets are also available.
  • How do I register?
    Registration is available through our official website. Choose your ticket option(s) and complete the secure checkout process.
  • What’s the cancellation policy?
    All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another member or donate it to help a newcomer attend. Please contact our Registration Team at registration@caeuroconvention.com to arrange transfers or donations.
  • Can I buy a ticket at the door?
    To make sure you’ve got your spot, we recommend booking online in advance. A limited number of on-site registrations may be available, depending on space.
  • Do I have to stay at the Royal Marine Hotel?
    No, you don’t have to stay at the Royal Marine Hotel. You’re welcome to join us regardless of where you’re staying. That said, we do recommend staying at the Royal Marine Hotel to fully immerse yourself in the Fellowship experience and make the most of your time with us. You can check booking.com or airbnb.ie for other accommodation options.
  • Can I get a special rate at the hotel for the convention?
    Yes! Attendees can enjoy discounted rates at the Royal Marine Hotel. Just head to the Hotel & Booking section for all the details.
  • Is the venue accessible?
    Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible. For specific needs, contact the Registration Team at registration@caeuroconvention.com in advance.
  • How do I get from Dublin Airport to the hotel?
    The easiest option is to take the Aircoach Route 702, which runs directly from Dublin Airport to Dún Laoghaire (Marine Road). The Royal Marine Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the stop. Book your ticket in advance at Aircoach.ie.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site for all registered convention attendees.
  • Will meals be provided?
    Saturday Lunch and the Saturday Night Banquet dinner are included in the Full Convention Package, but they can also be purchased separately. If you’d like other options, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk from the hotel.
  • Are dietary needs accommodated?
    Yes, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. Please specify your requirements during online registration.
  • Who can attend the Convention?
    Speaker Meetings, Workshops, Special Events, Entertainment, and Meals are open all members, newcomers, their families, friends and other interested people. The Marathon Meetings are closed meetings, limited to members and those with a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances.
  • I'm a newcomer, can I come to the Convention?
    We’re delighted to welcome all newcomers! You’re invited to join us for all Speaker Meetings, Workshops, Special Events, Entertainment, and Marathon Meetings. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss as you take the first steps on your recovery journey.
  • Are photos or videos permitted?
    Out of respect for our members' personal anonymity. and in keeping with our C.A. Tradition Eleven, which reminds us to maintain personal anonymity at the level of all public media, photography and video recording are not permitted during scheduled events.
  • How do I stay updated on convention details?
    Stay in the loop by visiting the C.A. European Regional Convention website! You’ll find programme updates and all the important info you need as the event approaches.
